Biosolids: Technological Developments for Utilities of the Future

RSVP for June 7th in North Carolina RSVP for June 8th in South Carolina

To All Wastewater Operators, Owners, and Engineers:

Management of biosolids at wastewater treatment facilities accounts for over 50% of the operating budgets for many owners and operators.  This percentage is only expected to increase as solids handling criteria become more stringent, suitable disposal sites become fewer in number and volumes of sludge continually increase.  This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the technological developments and optimization opportunities available to help minimize the impacts these increasing costs will have for utilities of the future.

The speakers for the seminar will be:

  • Jared Quilter, Ovivo
    (Anaerobic Digestion Product Manager)
  • Energy Systems Group
  • Kevin Crane, Ovivo
(Marketing Manager – Aeration and Aerobic Digestion)
  • Randy Boyette
(Sr. Process Control Officer, ReWa WRRF)
  • Bryen Woo, P.E., Ovivo
    (Product Manager, Aerobic Digestion/Aeration)

The cost of the seminar will be free for all in attendance including breakfast and lunch, however any requirements for overnight stay shall be the responsibility of the attendee. The seminar will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and end promptly at 2:30 p.m.  However, we ask that you arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to check in and enjoy a quick continental breakfast.
