GLV Group has several subsidiaries which are found mainly in three major business sectors that are water treatment (Ovivo), pulp and paper (GL&V Pulp and Paper) as well as equipment manufacturing and industrial processes (GL&V Manufacturing, Ramivo and Van der Molen). GLV Group's different business units operate in more than 25 countries and employ approximately 2,100 employees. GLV Group is a public company whose shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the symbols GLV.A and GLV.B.

Ovivo is dedicated to the design and marketing of equipment and integrated solutions for the filtration, clarification, treatment and purification of water that will be used or reused in various industrial processes, returned into the environment or used for domestic purposes. To maintain its position in this competitive market, innovation is at the heart of the business strategy of the company. Ovivo is proud to use advanced technology, in addition to attracting and retaining highly qualified staff who design them. In addition, Ovivo stands out from the competition because it puts the needs of its customers at the heart of its business strategy.

GL&V Pulp and Paper (GL&V) designs and globally markets equipment used in various stages of paper production, from pulp preparation to sheet formation and finishing. It also serves the global market with rebuilding, upgrading and optimization services for existing equipment, as well as the sale of spare parts. It ensures that its portfolio contains innovative products and technologies that bring customers added value, such as lower energy consumption.

GLV Group also has activities other than those associated with water treatment and pulp and paper. In fact, GLV has two manufacturing units which are GL&V Manufacturing, located in Trois-Rivières (Québec, Canada) and Ramivo, located in Tamàsi (Hungary).

These subsidiaries specialize in the production of parts from specifications supplied by Ovivo and GL&V Pulp and Paper. However, they also manufacture equipment for external clients. Since April 1st 2013, Ramivo is fully integrated within Ovivo.

Van der Molen has been active in the beverage industry for more than 50 years and has customers in many regions of the world. They supply the core of production systems for carbonated beverages and juice - the complete processing technology for dissolving, dosing and mixing.
