Brackett Green CF200 Band Screen

The Brackett Green® CF200® band screen has been designed for primary water treatment applications where screening within the range of 2mm to 10mm diameter holes is required. The range is designed and suitable for flows from 500-5000 l/sec, sumps as deep as 15m and channel widths of 1.0m and above. Brackett Green CF band screens are used at both Headworks and as Pre-membrane protection screens.

Brackett Green® CF100® Band Screen

Brackett Green® CF100® band screens are designed and are suitable for primary water treatment applications with flows from 50 to 1500l/sec with channel depths up to 8.9m deep where screening with 2mm, 3mm or 5mm diameter tapered holes is required.

Brackett Green® Double and Single Entry Drum Screen

Brackett Drum Screens are designed to meet the increasing demand for high capacity fine screening of water and wastewater. A variety of engineering designs and flow patterns have been developed for both raw water intakes and wastewater. Single drum screens are capable of flow rates from 20 MGD (31 ft3/sec) to 800 MGD (1,240 ft3/sec) minimizing the number of intake channels required.

Brackett Green® Drum Screens

Ovivo’s Brackett Green® drum screens are designed to meet the demand for high capacity fine screening of raw water combined with a robust low maintenance design. Brackett Green drum screens effectively removes floating and suspended solids to protect pumps, heat exchangers and other critical equipment. Fitted with screening apertures ranging from 1.5 mm to 10 mm, they can be installed as a single unit or, more commonly, as part of a two- or three-stage system. Applications include water intakes for Thermal and Nuclear Power Plant, Desalination, Petro-Chemical, Metal Smelting and Common Cooling Water Intakes.

Jones+Attwood Loflow™ and Washflow™ screen

The Jones+Attwood Lo-Flow™ screening system designed specifically for the smaller works where flow rates will fall into the range of zero to 120 l/s. The Jones+Attwood Lo-Flow screening arrangement offers 2 to 6mm diameter perforated screen panels, on-board screw compaction and in-flow/in-channel screenings washing.

Jones+Atwood Hi-Flow™ Screen

The Jones+Atwood Hi-Flow™ screen, is a band screen where the whole flow enters the centre of the screen and the solids are captured. Screened effluent passes through the perforated screen panels and the collected solids are lifted internally.
