Ovivo have optimized and perfected UPW systems performance that meet and often exceed our customer’s expectation.

UPW plant requires critical system reliability. Redundant philosophy is adopted as a design base to prevent single fault leading to system failure. Our methodology is to keep it simple - Each control system being designed for on-line maintenance and easy to trouble shoot.

Quality control is emphasized during the fabrication and installation phase guaranteeing the entire system maintains the highest level quality.

Flexibility

Ovivo water control system has good adaptability, can work with many different brand PLC and SCADA products. Ovivo UPW control system can either work as stand alone or be integrated in client’s FMCS system easily. 

User friendly

Control system is an interface between human and machine. Bridged with better understanding and communication for UPW system as its dominator brings benefit to both.

Many recipes are prepared for commander’s choice, plentiful and sufficient feedbacks to indicate UPW system’s health condition  and service attitude. 

Smart tools transplanted inside the machine, enable ‘talk-back’ to its owner, helping the customer to analyse, predict and plan intelligently - optimizing the performance of the system.
